The terms of the guarantee are associated with manufacturing and operation failures under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only become effective if the equipment has been used correctly.

This includes:

– Under environmental conditions in accordance with the specifications indicated by the manufacturer.
– In specific use for the function with which it was designed from the factory.
– Under electrical operating conditions in accordance with the specifications and tolerances indicated.

To request a partial or total refund, the client must contact the Customer Service team by means of communication to the official SPORTRAVEL email.

The processing of cancellation and returns are made through the email of the store in a term that will not exceed 24 hours.

Only complete order cancellations will be accepted prior to delivery at destination; in particular cases they must be consulted individually with the Customer Service.


When making a request for cancellation and return, the client has the obligation, in the corresponding cases, to inform the recipient of the purchase, so that he does not accept said products.

In the event that a cancellation request is made and the recipient has received the products, they must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, just as they were received. Otherwise, the refund of balance will not be effective.

The customer will be refunded the money within 72 hours after the date on which receives the returned products. will make the return by the same payment method that the client used to make the purchase. The client will not pay any fee for such reimbursement.

Likewise, when a return is appropriate, the amount will be refunded to the client in the same currency of collection of the product and/or service.
