All patents, trademarks and service marks, design rights, copyrights, know-how, trade secrets and other intellectual and industrial property interests or rights to the products and all associated materials in any form shall remain the property of Sportravel.com and its suppliers, as applicable. Nothing contained herein shall be construed and construed as a transfer of such rights.

Sportravel.com guarantees non-infringement of Intellectual Property Rights or the use of third-party brands related to the products that are the subject of this CONTRACT, and undertakes to assume full responsibility for possible claims that the client receives in this regard.


In the case of products that are non-tangible irrevocable merchandise, we do not issue refunds after the product is delivered, you have the responsibility to understand before purchasing.

We ask you to read carefully before you buy it. We only make exceptions to this rule when the description does not fit the product. There are some products that may have a guarantee and the possibility of a refund, but this will be specified when purchasing the product.

To request a partial or total refund, the client must contact the Customer Service team by means of communication to the official Sportravel.com email.

The processing of cancellation and returns are made through the email of the store info@sportravel.com in a term that will not exceed 24 hours.

Only complete order cancellations will be accepted prior to delivery at destination; in particular cases they must be consulted individually with the Customer Service.

When making a request for cancellation and return, the client has the obligation, in the corresponding cases, to inform the recipient of the purchase, so that he does not accept said products.

In the event that a cancellation request is made and the recipient has received the products, they must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, just as they were received. Otherwise, the refund of balance will not be effective.

The customer will be refunded the money within 72 hours after the date on which Sportravel.com receives the returned products. Sportravel.com will make the return by the same payment method that the client used to make the purchase. The client will not pay any fee for such reimbursement.

Likewise, when a return is appropriate, the amount will be refunded to the client in the same currency of collection of the product and/or service. The exchange rate imposed by the Bank issuing the card in question will apply to this value. Sportravel.com will in no case be responsible for the upward or downward difference that the client receives as a refund.

Sportravel.com reserves the right to reject or cancel your Order at any time for certain reasons, including, but not limited to:

- Availability of products.

- Errors in the description or prices of the Goods

- Errors in Your Order




Any claim regarding the products purchased must be processed electronically to info@sportravel.com or through the online help to the client enabled on the site or on WhatsApp.

If the client is interested in any claim for the reasons provided in the CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS section, he must contact Sportravel.com in the first instance through the communication channels established in the previous one and request the corresponding refund if appropriate. In the event of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the client's account will be disabled until the conclusion of the process. To reactivate it, the client agrees to pay the costs derived from the claim process in advance.

Sportravel.com maintains a zero tolerance policy against any manifestation of fraud as an essential principle to guarantee our clients a safe shopping environment.

Sportravel.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and delivery of an Order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in case of fraud, completed or attempted.

The customer's order may be postponed for anti-fraud checking. It may also be suspended for a longer time for a more rigorous investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.

The client and/or recipient are warned of being exposed to legal process in case of claims initiated due to chargebacks due to fraud.
